Karen (Lewis’ wife of 27+ years), is a licensed Realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and an Associate Broker at Virginia Country Real Estate, in Gloucester, VA, specializing in New Construction. Karen can easily guide you through the process of finding the perfect property for your new home. Karen is the VP of Lewis Burch Construction, Inc., and handles all of the paperwork and can work closely with you and your lender throughout the entire process.
Lewis is a Class A General Contractor. He specializes in framing as he started out as a framing contractor more than 30 years ago and ran several crews throughout the Greater Richmond area for many years. Lewis decided he wanted to grow and work with people to not just do part of the process but to give his all in the whole project. Lewis is very much hands on builder; which is very hard to find these days. Lewis holds his RLD Certification as well to clear the lot/land with our own equipment and trucks.
Karen and Lewis, together, will meet with you and discuss the various aspects of the property that go into the process of custom home building. We help you to design the home and come up with realistic allowances for the fixtures and finishes of all areas of the new home.
